Brian's Spa Service

We had an electric disruption this winter and our spa froze (which isn't good). Freezing can easily cause busted pipes and worse cracked motors....but if you catch it quickly, you can lessen the chances of this happening. We called around to a few places, but most places were 1-2 weeks out from being able to help. I called Brian's Spa Service and talked to Craig. He realized it was a bit of a spa emergency and came over right away. With 2-3 visits over 3-4 days, he heated the spa and did some trouble shooting. Luckily for us, no busted pipes or cracked motor....which I attribute to his quick attention. When I tried paying him for the trouble shooting on the first few visits.....he wouldn't let me pay him ... he said, He hadn't fixed anything yet." He saved us from having to buy a new motor. Even when I eventually paid him.....I'm pretty sure he didn't charge me as much as he should/could have. Highly recommend Craig. Tons of experience. Super honest. Followed through on his commitments. My hot tub heater quit working in cold weather. After days of no response from the local dealer, I called Brian's Spa Service. Craig got to my home quickly (I live an hour away) and got my Sundance spa running in short order. He had my circulator pump/motor repaired rather than replaced. This saved me money, and just as importantly, time. If I need further servicing, I will call him first.
