Called because my jaccuzzi hot tub had issues with flow and overheating.... after two years of ownership and just outside of warranty.Ron was the man I dealt with and I cannot begin to say enough good things. The man went out of his way to save me money when jaccuzi was going to charge buckets just to diagnose the issue.Ron first tried to have me trouble shoot over the phone. When I asked what that would cost he said nothing, the idea was to help first. Then after I could not fix it, Ron came out, did his first attempt which seemed to remedy the problem. I asked what I owed and again Ron said, make sure it works and you're happy.Problem persisted (faulty part which we hoped was not the case because of cost) and Ron came out a third time to fix it and get the spa up and running. Even with all the time this was still more affordable than jaccuzis initial quote.Lots of businesses talk about customer service, Spa Direct and Ron walk the walk. I'll never shop or get maintenance from anywhere else now.

Ron cleaned hot tub in the fall. and got it ready for winter. Reasonable rates excellent service Had also previously done minor repairs and helped with much advice! He has years of experience , a great service.!

I got my Hot tub repaired by Ron on18th Nov, 2022. He provided excellent service. After fixing the issue, he ensured that it is working fine and also provided important tips to maintain it. I would surely recommend him to my friends.
