I purchased a spa from SunSpa two years ago. We have only positive feedback on the quality of the product, the price, and most of all the Customer Service. The entire team are professional while also being very. friendly and accommodating, I would strongly recommend SunSpa to anyone looking for a first class spa and first class customer service.

We purchased our hot tub from Sun Spa, based on a recommendation from a friend, two years ago. We have not been disappointed. We absolutely love our tub and have had only one issue, about 1 year in, that was fixed promptly and efficiently by the team. The team is always very friendly and helpful when repurchasing chemicals and they have been able to offer helpful advice when we have had questions. I would 100% stay with them for all of our spa needs and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

We bought our spa tub from SunSpa in 2005. In our opinion they have the best product on the market and their team is excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful with all our needs. Experts at what they do. Anytime we’ve had an issue with our spa, they’ve responded quickly with a cost effective solution. Chuck was at our place today to replace the seal on one of our jet pumps. It took longer to drain the tub(10mins) than it did to repair the pump! He took thorough look at all the other components making sure our spa was in good working order. We greatly appreciate their professionalism and efficiency! We highly recommend this company!!!

I have a used Sunspa 880. The folks at Sunspa are very knowledgeable and responsive to service issues which keeps my tub working winter and summer. I purchase all my chemicals and accessories and recently purchased a hot tub cover. They generally have anything I need in stock. Would recommend

Can not recommend these guys enough! Tyson and his team were great from start to finish! Hooked us up with a beautiful hottub at a very fair price. Delivery was so painless they were able to deliver and set up everything while I was at work. Came home to a brand new tub ready to go! Highly recommend buying your tub from them. Best people best product best prices and best warranty. 12/10 service.
